Proof of purchase

Good day Can mtn please send me proof of purchase ,I've called the call center a couple of times but no one assisted me instead i was told to go the store in order to obtain the proof of purchase, the store told me that they cant help me since i bought the phone on contract online i must go to mtn direct store which is 200km away from where i stay. Can someone please assist me its been two months no help.
