Proof of purchase
Its so easy to get a new contract online, so easy for them to contact you regarding payment but now that i need a proof of purchase there is no assistance. I have been sent from pillar to post and its so frustrating. I have phoned several times and sent emails to channel.queries@mtn but no feedback.
