Proof of purchase

<p>Hi</p> <p> </p> <p>i would like to advise all do not upgrade using Mobile plus a 3rd party working with MTN I have had huge problems first with my account that was wrong and took 6 months to fix and now I need to book the device in for a screen repair that is free with Samsug if the device is under 1 year old and it is but the problem now is getting a proof of purchase from one of them with the IMEI number on it that is required by Samsung to replace the screen but if I call MTN they refer me to Mobile plus if I call Mobile plus they refer me to MTN I was at 2 MTN stores and unable to help me so I they refer me to call 808 that only works from a MTN phone (that is broken) so what now.</p> <p> </p> <p>Dont upgrade over the phone.</p>
