Proof of payment
I have been calling mtn for about 3 weeks now needing a resolution and they promise to phone you back or system is down . iM TIRED BECAUSE THIS INVOLVES MONEY!!!
I had payed my phone contract and was told to send POP so they allocate payment and still today no feedback next thing they will double deduct this month. They need to call me bac****!

17 Jun 2020, 17:07Still no assistance from MTN instead just double debiting my account and doing as they please. Such disgusting customer service. I can’t deal with such incompetence it’s shocking they are a big service provider. Wat a wow????????
