Proof of Cancellation from MTN South Africa ( unhappy customer )

I am very angry based on treatment i've received at MTN On 2023 i bought a router online and delivered at my work place,on 2024 i got ****** and reported the matter at MTN store at Maponya mall to cancel the contract and submitted documents needed from police station.

Since the day i reported the matter there haven't been any changes, and they still trying to deduct money into my account hense the instalment increases monthly. The instalment was R159 now they saying i owe R5000 and i asked the contract to be cancelled, so now its messing up my credit record.

I want MTN South Africa to send me proof of cancellation with immediate effect its been 3 years now suffering from this trauma. And also to clear my name on their database.
