Promtional data

There is no service. Promotional packages comes with a hidden "clause" using your monthly contract data before the promotional data, although the latter expires first. Complain was handled by them insisting that's how they're system works.... So WIll not buy their Promotional products again and intend closing my account once contract expires. MTN HAS LOST THEIR INTEGRITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE COMPLETELY. I have been trying via email to sort this with them, resolved only to their benefit.
