MTN gave me R70 free calls to MTN that will expire the same day at 23H59 and then MTN decide to ***** my airtime. I want my airtime back please and stop sending me your **** promotions, they are useless.

We are truly sorry for the breakdown in service and for any inconvenience caused. It was never our intention to have dissatisfied you in any way.
The airtime that you received was only to make calls to MTN numbers. If you made calls to other numbers it was then depleted from your own airtime.
We've requested our Prepaid Department to investigate the airtime depletion. We will touch base with you as soon as we receive feedback on the escalation done.
