Promotion/condoning of ***** at Mtn SA and lack of UBUNTU

My contract account was **********ly used in October 2021.mtn has a name and branch where ***** occurred. They have been deducting different amounts for the past six months,ranging from 3000 to R46 953 which was deducted yesterday. Up to day nothing has been done to investigate or correct the problem,instead my name was sent to Saya Recoveries. I've finished paying my contract yesterday which was R899 per month I've spoken to number of people at Mtn customer care and have sent emails without help.
