<p>I signed up for the promotional 'Friyay' deal in January.</p> <p> </p> <p>Promotional Package should have been loaded within 2 to 24 hours. Two weeks, 5 emails, 3 separate reference numbers and hours wasted with customer services - still no activation</p>
