I am so upset with MTN ive been an MTN contract customer for over 7 years now but the service i receive there is pathetic. this year I upgraded to the P30 pro and took a P20 lite as well as a package. that was probably around June and in August I had to replace my P30 by taking out a new contract. all I received as promotional items was a measly water bottle and a charger cable and this was with the first upgrade. I was meant to also receive the Huawei watch with the phone but i didnt receive it. All my colleagues who are with MTN are receiving these watches and I havent after having purchased 3 Huawei's. Are the MTN staff maybe taking these promotional items for themselves instead of giving them to loyal paying customers. I would like to recieve the HUAWEI GT Sport. this is **************** after having purchased 3 devices all i get is a measly water bottle and cable. this is absolutely nonsense

You need to go back to the store in Alberton and speak to the store manager regarding this.
To qualify for the Huawei GT Sport watch you should have registered on the device with the App to redeemed the watch voucher to claim this. I you have not registered on the App you will not qualify for this product.
MTN is only responsible for the device, the watch product need to be claimed from the promotion sales department not with MTN and the watch will be delivered to you by them and not by MTN. MTN will not receive any stock for this products.
