Promotional Data not loaded
<p>MTN failed to load my promotinal 50Gig bundle after numerous call centre discussions. Crazy to think that I have to pay for this level of service!!</p>

Hi Alice
The 5GB is already loaded as goodwill credit to the customer in the meantime while the issue is being sorted.
We do not have access to load 50GB at customer ops, that can only be loaded at the back end by support.
David and Hleketa are already running with the query to try and get it resolved ASAP.
