Promotional contract not Loaded Correctly

MTN had a 20GB( 10 GB day & 10 GB night) sim only deal which i decided to purchase. The contract was approved but the data loaded was only 10GB( 5GB day & 5GB night). I've been calling to get this sorted and i've been told to call the activations department as someone loaded it incorrectly.
