Promotional 30G (MTN)

I have a mtn contact phone which was delivered on the 29th and activated on the 30th. I was supposed to recieve the 30G as per promotional offer within 24hours of activation. It's been more than 2 weeks now and I haven't received anything from MTN. Consultants on the customer service call centre keep telling me that my query is still open. Which is nonsense. They are so rude and not helpful. I have to chase them for what belongs to me as a customer. I will never advise anyone to take a MTN contact phone. They don't care about their clients.
