Promotiona 30 Gig Data not received

<p>i upgraded my phone to Samsung S8 and my husbands phone on the 27th April, he got the 30gig Data as per the promotion but i am still waiting for mine i have phoned 02/5 reference number ********** 46 told to wait 24hr, called on 04/05 ref number ********** 38 was told it was logged to incorrect department wait 24 hr will have the gigs, called 09/05/ ref number REQ ********** he told me it went to the incorrect department it has to be done manually but within 24hr i will have my gigs, called 11/5 ref number ********** 05 was told that they need the supporting promotional documents, i went to the store to get the upgrade so they have the documents, but supervisor Nevana said the last call was logged incorrectly she has now logged it correctly and i will get feedback within 24hr!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! REALLY MTN, can i have my gigs please what an inconvienience calling you every second day to be told it was logged incorrectly by YOUR STAFF if they dont know what they are doing fire the lot and train others!!!!</p>
