We are terribly sorry for the inconveniences that you experienced as a result of this. We completely understand the frustration it causes.
Kindly note that if the contract is for 24 months promotion, once the 24 months have lapsed the contract is automatically moved to the normal standard price.
Regarding the charges on the upgraded line, since you are on an open line, once the 2GB h as been depleted you are billed out of bundle rate for any usage. This resulting in extra charges on your account.
We would like to assure you that we are actively working to improve our service levels.
