promotion giveaway

I was smsed on the 10th march 2015 from mtn to got to my mtn store to collect my free handset so I went to the store with all my documents and then at the store they said I need a reference number which mtn did not send so I phoned mtn from the store and spoke to the supervisor and she apologised saying it will be sent in 24 to 48 hours!in that time i called to see what's going on and they said i should receive an sms shortly!I called this morning the 14th march 2015 only to find mtn have now blocked me from the service provider!this is dicussting how mtn are treating a customer!I'm starting to think mtn is ******** me as now I'm getting smses to enter competions chharging me R1.50 an sms!I will take this matter as far as I must as. I feel so low how they treeating me!
