PROMOTION DATA NOT WORKING MISLEADING
mtn misleads the public with the free data promotion whereby the data are used up almost in a matter of days I loaded on friday morning by sunday my promo as well as normal data was finished and I did not even use it as normal.<br> They advertise it as something great it worked in the past and now it is pathetic

Kindly be advised that the system shows that the 1GB data bundle and promo bundle were both depleted due to internet connections and downloading. Please be advised that besides internet browsing on your handset, you can also generate charges via upgrading and automatic running of data applications. Also ensure that you avoid having multiple internet pages opened. If you are not using the internet, you can disable the internet function under mobile data to save your data bundles from being used up.
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
