Promoting false special.

MTN South Africa I’m so disappointed in your service. I have been taken from one consultant to another for the whole week and 1 day. Please can you arrange to come and collect your router and sim since it’s not working I don’t want it anymore. Yesterday was my final call I made to you. And I was promised the sim will work in 4hours. Bt it has not worked even today. I have RICA the sim via MTN app as advised. And it didn’t help I won’t travel 30km for RICA especially since it’s COVID time. The courier guy took my documents for verification and I was told the MTN supervisor received them when they checked using customer order number but still didn’t RICA the sim. I have never seen such incompetence. Please arrange for the Package to be fetched as I’m tired of empty promises and come debit time I will reverse the money I won’t pay for a service I didn’t use. I will look for business else where. I was made to call *** and ***. I’m not going to call again please arrange for a collection of the package dealing with you has been nothing but traumatic. I’m never going to buy an online deal again after this.
