PROMO SERVICE FEES

I renewed my contract at Karaglen In August 2018 - As usual, when you use their online query facility, you never get an answer.

I was told that the package I took was R 99.00 and this is reflected in my contract.

I am being charged a promo service fee of R 86.95 EX vat

This has happened twice before where in one instance it took them nearly a year to sort it out

They need to credit this fee for August going forward
