Promo Data bundle not loaded
To whom it may concern<br> <br> I lodged a complaint regarding my promo data that has not been loaded. I was advised that it is loaded to my account but there is an issue on the backend.<br> <br> Nobody has got back to me yet and my own data is being depleted.<br> <br> Regards,

We are terribly sorry for the inconveniences that you experienced as a result of this. We completely understand the frustration it causes.
LTE Device FREE Data Promo's (for new and upgrade subs) is as follows:
o 9th - 14th October 2015 - subs will get 10GB FREE LTE Data Bundle per month, for 3 months, valid for 30 days.
o 15th October 2015 - 30th November 2015 - subs will get 30GB FREE LTE Data Bundle Once Off, valid for 30 days.
Your upgrade was done on 16/10/2015. Your data was provisioned to you.
