Promises that are emptier than a banker's heart....

I have been trying (very unsuccessfully) to upgrade my MTN Contract and since October 2021. I first went to the Norwood Mall Store at the beginning of October 2021 where I met Kelifoe. He said that I should wait until Black Friday because he was sure that there would be some very good deals. He promised me that he would call me the minute these were released and reserve one for me. Needless to say, that never happened and I was at the store again after Black Friday to ask him what happened. He had 1000 excuses or more but promised to assist me with a good deal. I want a deal that comes with a Samsung Smart Watch. There are many that have been advertised since October 2021 in the Yello Trader but somehow Kelifoe appears unable to assist me with getting the watch. He makes promises but the million but these are emptier than a Banker's Heart. I can't understand why deals are advertised but not available... how does this make any sense? Does MTN not want to upgrade me or what? I am tired of Kelifoe's empty promises - is there anybody at MTN who can actually assist me with an upgrade and get me what I want or must I go and look for another Service Provider? MTN does not appear to have connections at all never mind being the better one...
