Promises, promises, promises #***4

I bought an MTN SIM because their coverage map showed LTE in the area where I live. The other providers don't even have 3G. But they are lying!! The coverage in this area is very poor, even 3G is pathetic. I have tried to get some response from them, but besides promises via email promising that they will contact me, it has all been in vain. They don't give a damn. <br> I did a speed test in Groenkloof and the 3G speed there was very, very good - over 23mbps, but the speed where I live on LTE (when it occasionally connects) is only less than 1.5.
