Promises promises!

In Nov 2015 I upgraded the second of four phones on my account. According to MTN I did not specify that it was phone no.2 so they upgraded phone no. 1. The user of phone 2 thought they had 30Gb free data and "used" them. Unfortunately the data was then charged (R6500) odd to Phone 2. After copious e-mails calls etc, it all went back to "we have to listen to the original call"(which they had already done about three times). Eventually it was verbally agreed (with Slindile Mdubo) that the data would be charged at bundle rates and a credit of about R3500 would be passed with an additional R1000 for goodwil. That was in June 2016 and despite repeated e-mails (June through November) requesting resolution, nothing has happened.

No option but to hope that Hello Peter might do the trick.
