PROMISES NOT KEPT

I bought a Mi-Fi router from MTN on 27/11/2020. The promotion was for 13GB once off and 12 x 1GB. To date I have received nothing. I could not connect via telephone, so I sent an email. I had good conversations with them until such time that they refered my query to their customer support, and then nothing....
