Promises not delivered

I upgraded my contract on Saturday as well as took out a second contract, both on iPhone 6S. Mtn clearly state that with every LTE device you receive free 30gb, however, we have not yet received the data and have to keep following up on the data. My dad also upgraded his contract and has not received his 30gb. I do not see why we are promised something that is not being delivered and we have to keep following up on the data.
