Promises from MTN, but not a single response from an email address provided by MTN

Do not believe that MTN will respond to you after sharing a review on HelloPeter.

I posted a review about MTN's terrible call centre and branch service, to which it was responded that I can email ********** (Kevin). To date, I have mailed this box twice, and have not received a single response.

MTN is always on time to debit the maximum amount possible, but cannot hope to offer a slight bit of customer service. If I were not tied down to this contract, I would have left this terrible service provider.
