Promises but no action MTN
Please see my review dated 19/09/2017. I received a promise from Alice vd Merwe on 20/09/2017. I was so impressed, but nothing came of it yet and my follow up reviews (3 times) did not help at all. I have spend hours (not an exaggeration) on the phone holding on, being cut off, getting promises, but no action and still out of a phone. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't really want to respond on your message but I just talked to MTN Direct a few minutes ago and my situation is still the same. I would have had a better understanding if MTN played open cards with me from the beginning, but they just feed one with promises and that is where it ends.
I am sorry but I think this was my last update with MTN Direct. However if a miracle happens and I get my phone soon, I will thank MTN on this forum.
