Promised to get back but 9 days later nothing
<p>I lodge a complain on 29/11/2016. Received response from Mike on Hellopeter on 30/11/2016 and was promised that an agent will call back with solution. Reference :- REQ:7 6 1 4 9 1 8.(Seven six one four nine one eight) Today is 9/12/2016 and still no response. </p>

When you called back at the following times 17:59PM, 18:01PM and 19:05PM the agent had knocked off for the day. Please further note that the promotion was running for that day and is no longer available. Kindly note that we continue to provide fair and affordable promotional packages that differ from time to time.

I received the call from Malunga at 17H27 and called back at 17H38; 17h39; 17h41 and 18H45 and not the times as specified in your response. But one thing this has taught me is that at MTN the customer doesn't come first ! You definately lost a new customer.
