Promised not delivered

As per our telephonic conversation please see attach contract showing 25min from mtn to mtn

Ref numbers: *** (ticket was open and closed about 7 times) *** *** ***

The first month we received the min. After that we did not receive it.

My mom went into the Galleria Mtn store where they told her she is using the wrong code to check her balances and that she already used the min for that month.

From that time we are phoning the mtn store(and if you are lucky they answer the phone) and customer care.

Without any luck nothing happened

Nisha phoned me last week and told me she also does not know what to do anymore because the lady at her head office can not solve the problem. I need to send a email to her with all the details.

Ok I had enough. I am a customer from 1999 with mtn but this is enough.

I want to cancel both my contracts and I will not Pay a cancellation fee. This is NOT my mistake. Mtn promised me a product I am not receiving.

Please advise urgently
