Promised bonus data bundles not yet received

On the 26 September 2018, I received a new contract phone. I was advised by the sales representative that once my new SIM card started working on the network, I would receive bonus data bundles (30GB), which I would have to use within 30 days.

My new SIM card has been operational since 27 September 2018 and I still have not received the promised bonus data bundles. When should I expect them as my contract will reach 1 month of usage in two weeks time.
