Promised 30GB on new contract -Nothing received!!!!

I took a contract out telephonically towards the end of may. I was promised 30GB free data with my contract. When my sim was activated, nothing got loaded. I put in several requests but no luck. Everytime I called the call center they kept telling me that my subscriber agreement had not been attached when infact I sent it more than 3 times. They kept giving me new request numbers with no one actually helping. This is pathetic service, MTN was very fast to make get me to make a sale but when the time comes when I need assistance, they messing around. Im sick and tired of this nonsense. I was promised 30GB free data. And I want my data. Never again will I take a contract out with MTN and I will make sure that I will tell all my friends and family not to deal with them as well!!!!!! Pathetic service!!!!!
