Promise not kept

MTN asked us to change to an LTE Sim and receive a free 1gig.A message was sent from tgem saying that we have now been migrated to LTE and we will receive our promised data . That hasnt happened. We then contacted their Customer Care and was advised by Busisiwe George in no other terms, tough.Well thats not good enough. Fwd:
