Promise not Fulfilled
It's been a while since the LTE sim card campaign launched. And I have been getting annoying sms's that My sim card will delivered shortly. \Yello we're aware of the delays with the delivery of your MTN LTE sim card

Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused as result of the breakdown in the service delivery in one of our touch points.
As per our telephonic conversation,I did contact RTT and spoke with Nora,who promised to send the matter through for urgent attention,someone from RTT will be in contact with you shortly therefore we anticipate a resolution of this issues within the shortest period possible, looking at all various alternatives.
We would like to assure you that we are actively working to improve our service levels.
