Promise

I paid my bill on the due date on the 30th of April 2024 and yet I still receive messages that my account is owing, I've been calling, sending out emails and I'm not getting any help. I'm sending out receipts as a proof of payment but still I'm being ignored! This is not MTN I signed up for!
