Promice not kept

ever since in December 15 2014 reported my damaged phone, I still haven't received my device, I have been given a reference after the other, first was *** then [#*** noe the latest is ***, they don't come back to me and when i call them they keep on saying in 5 working days, as if I have a time for their ****, their network coverage is poor too if not working where I leave, so I have to go to town before I can call them, I'm so tired now because its nealy 2 months now & nothing is happening
