Profile blocked

Good day

I'm writing this review because it seems as if MTN is so becoming ******** to service delivery. On the 19th Jan, I went to MTN Rustenburg Mall to get a new contract, attended by Marco, only to be told that my profile is blocked under Helios system and that he cannot issue out a contract on the iLula system.

He have me a number to call and was assisted by Gomolemo, that was on the 20th... Again to no success. Then some Thulani Liwela sent and email to Marco to log a call. Till now I haven't heard from them despite sending both of them emails.

Pls assist.
