Product recieved does not match what was sold

I took out a cell phone contract on the 24th November 2019 that included a Samsung A80 and a television. I asked the sales consultant, Thuso Lekala to confirm if the television is a Smart TV and he confirmed that it is Smart TV. Upon receiving the TV I found that it is not a Smart TV. I brought this to the attenetion to the store manager, Bruno Khofi and Thuso Lekala on the 23rd Jan 2020 and to date the matter as not being resolved. I have emails from Thuso stating that he confirmed with Samsung that the TV is a Smart TV. Please can i receive the Smart TV as confirmed by your sales consultant.
