My problem with mtn is that I have been paying very well but now they can't fix my phone,the response from them is "they don't have my device on system meaning they don't know the device insured "
Now my question is which device was I paying and where did I got this device from if they don't have it on the system, cause I have been paying for the past 2 year's.
Please assist me
