Process Failure between MTN & iStore Fourways Mall

I recently app**** for a contract with MTN though iStore. The sales agent advised me if the AirPods special that was on offer which resulted in me having to ask them to drop the offer and redo another one that includes the AirPods. Little did I know that another credit check would be performed which resulted in the second application being rejected. This was all done within a space of 48 hours. I then asked for the application reassessment to be done and 2 weeks later I have not gotten any response from anyone from iStore.

My biggest gripe is that you cannot do a credit check on one customer twice in less than 48 hours, especially considering that the first application was approved before it was dropped to do another application that now included AirPods as part of the package.

Someone needs to reload at this application process and build a solution to solve for this problem.
