Problems,Stress,lack of service everywhere you go.MTN is like Corona virus.

Darling with MTN recently is like have a nightmare & not waking up from it....Things are really *******,,,in shambles,,,,in a state of turmoil ,in my opinion....It's like they targeted me & it's just one problem after the other...Previously i could not make outgoing calls..it took two months to fix..Today(5/11/2020) a double debit went off....Did the normal ,,,i.e. cont call centre,log call,get reference no..someone will call back.(I'm still waiting for someone to call back about my former query,leave alone today's query). MTN Service in this country sucks,,lacks accountability,,,lacks customer service.
