Problems with my modem
1. I have been having problems with my modem since April and I logged many queries on my: *** number and I haven't received any help

I am terribly sorry for the inconveniences experienced as a result this. I completely understand the frustration it causes.
According to our records there were short payments on your accounts and debit orders were unsuccessful, there were cash payments, however, the amounts were still not paid in full.
