Problems with MTN Internet connection
The website provides a window which states "Just say Y'ellow. Get in touch here". But there is nowhere where you can actually do it.
At the bottom of the page there is provision for Twitter, Linkedin & YOUTUBE. Outside of YOUTUBE I do not have twitter nor linkedin.
When you click on "Contact Us", you see the physical address, postal address, and a phone number. There is no access to email. I have no desire to speak to someone in the call centre.
I have an MTN router.
My problem is that up to two weeks ago everything worked well during load shedding. However since then the internet just cuts out after an hour. The last two days it now cuts out after 3/4 of an hour. And the signal tends to be weaker as time moves on.
Another problem is that it is simply useless to try and connect once load shedding is on.
I live in Kilnerpark x2, Pretoria.

14 Feb 2023, 10:21The signal now starts degrading after 20 minutes and completely disappears after 30 minutes.
The pre-paid router is fully loaded, and the battery is full. So this is not the problem, especially seeing as I am able to make contact after load shedding and power is back.
