Problems with account, but not proper feedback from MTN

On the first of June I posted a review on how someone made *****elent transactions on my MTN account here:

https://www.hellopeter.com/mtn/reviews/cancelled-sim-card-still-being-used-and-active-without-my-consent- **********

I still have no feedback from MTN after I requested that I want someone to investigate my claims, look into my account and phone me and we can talk through the whole matter.

All I am receiving is one off emails from the call centre (I tried phoning, but I keep on being told their systems are off).

I have blocked all debit orders until then, told them and still nothing.......what do I need to do?????????

Reviewer Update

Hi Ayanda

I have asked that I get a breakdown on what the R3178.08 is made up of.

Remember, when I took out the second contract I again made sure my limit was set at R400 above the monthly usage I normally get.

This was changed without my consent and I have asked numerous times that I need the proof of how my limit was increased without my consent.

I am again asking that someone phone me or give me a number to contact to resolve this matter.

If I am blacklisted because of this, there will be action taken.
