Problems on your side with debit orders & then make it my problem

MTN, what is going on? For 2 months now you have sent me sms's telling me to pay the account bcoz the debit order has bounced. And of no fault of my own but of YOURS. Then you have the utter cheek to send another sms the very next day saying that my phone has been suspended & I cannot make calls until I pay the account. Now let me make myself VERY clear.... If you have a problem with your accounts staff and/or system, don't you DARE make it my problem and threaten me on top of it. Who do you think you are 😡 I have now done YOUR jobs and paid the acc, but may Heaven help you if you deduct the amount again from my acc. Take this as a friendly warning 🤨 Now I truly hope you will sort your issues out in the New Year, Alternatively, I will remove the debit order and pay it via eft
