Problem with my incoming call (They are barred)

I would like to commend Ayanda Thwala for her excellent service. After a disappointing experience with a previous consultant, who showed little interest in assisting with my incoming call barring issue and left me feeling that nothing could be done, Ayanda was a breath of fresh air.

She patiently explained the possible causes and guided me through a few troubleshooting steps while staying on the call. She also escalated the issue during our conversation and asked for an alternative contact number so she could provide feedback. When I explained that I did not have one, she kindly shared her email address so I could follow up with her.

Although my issue is not resolved yet, my experience with Ayanda left me feeling reassured that something is being done. Her patience, kindness and willingness to help made me feel heard and supported.

We need more Ayandas in our lives! Thank you, Ayanda, for going the extra mile.
