Problem with my Contract account
I have a contract with MTN and i pay R199 per month so what happened last month (November) was that instead of being billed the normal R199 I was billed R1402. I went to the closest MTN branch w in Port Elizabeth, when i got there they showed me that another contract was taken on the 5th November under my name which is why my premium was higher than normal, it also showed that this happened in Gauteng making it more impossible for me to have taken this new contract, I was then told not to worry as this was marked as \*****/ impersonating"The lady who assisted me told me to submit an affidavit saying that I had nothing to do with this new contract"
