Problem with amount of contract
My contract from Jan 2014 was for R279 ! From then on it was goiing off for R379! In Oct 2014 they did a migration and told me everything will be solved! IT WAS NOT, The amount is now goiing off for more than R400!! The branch manager a Fanie dont want to talk to me anymore because my brother phoned him and called him an idiot. Now Fanie only send me email adresses and none of the emails I send respond to my problem! This morning somebody from the account section phoned me to told me I must pay an amount of R1500! I have already put a complaint in with hallo Peter and nothing happened!!! Please, please help me!!! The number of the problem is ***

The total amount currently outstanding on account A*** is R2140.10. This amount dates back from the 20 Dec 2014 invoice, as the last payment we recieved successfully was for the invoice dated 20 Nov 2015.
With that said, the current dispute reference REQ:*** is already being attended to in connection to your dispute. Feedback will be provided to you once resolved.
