PROBLEM WITH ACTIVATION AFTER PAYING THROUGH LAWYERS

I was made to pay MTN through their lawyers. When i contacted me to activate my account since i had paid my debt, they told me to ask for a clearance letter from the lawyers. The lawyers referred me back to them and everytime when this happens, there's a lot of money that i have to pay on airtime. I went to an MTN Vryburg outlet and that was even more frustrating. I was told that there were countless customers with the same problem and that there was nothing that MTN could do. They said that they were just waiting for me to come with the letter from the lawyers. When i told them how possible could it be that there was no communication between them, they said as customers, we should pay our accounts to avoid all these problems.
