I have the following two ref numbers: *** & ***, date back to the 17/2/16 at 12:53:37. Can someone give me feedback please.

We've now done a follow up on the request logged and see that the issue is with the routing tables of your line. If you are not receiving communication on the number our Mobile Number Portability will find the issues and the resolve the matter.
We will touch base with you as soon as we get feedback from our MNP Team.
