Problem loading airtime

I bought R60 a while ago..Now it doesn't want to recharge. The useless USSD code sends you to self service, which it's stupid because you can not request to speak to useless agents.

As the pin gives me a problem loading it, therefore I should be able to press 0 to speak to their stupid champions...in order to provide them with my SA#...It's an emergency, now I'm forced to buy another airtime as I'm barred for 24hours. BS self service if you ask me.
